单纯疱疹性角膜炎患者血清可溶性白细胞介素2受体水平的测定

本文应用双体夹心ＥＬＩＳＡ法对４５例纯性疱疹性角膜炎（ＨＳＫ）患者血清可溶性ＩＬ－２受体（ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ）进行了研究，结果显示，活动期ＨＳＫ患者血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平显著性高于非活动期和正常对照组（Ｐ〈０．００１）；非活动期ＨＳＫ患者血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平与正常对照组相比无显著性差异（Ｐ〉０．０５）。通过对两种不同类型活动期ＨＳＫ患者血清ＨＳＫ患者血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平的比较，可见基质型明显高于上皮型（Ｐ

, Study on serum sIL 2R level of patients with herpes simplex keratitis

The level of soluble interleukin 2 receptor (sIL 2R) in serum was measured in 45 patients with herpes simplex keratitis (HSK) and 40 normal subjects by a sandwich ELISA The results showed that the concentration of serum sIL 2R in patients with active HSK (627 81u/ml) was significantly higher than that in patients with inactive HSK (301 34u/ml, P <0 001) and in the control group(292 12u/ml, P <0 001) While there was no difference in sIL 2R level between the cases of inactive HSK and the normal subjects ( P >0 05) Furthermore,the serum sIL 2R level of patients with active disciform keratitis(710 28u/ml) was much higher than that of patients with active epithelial keratitis (545 23u/ml, P <0 05) The results suggested that there was an abnormal rise in serum sIL 2R level of the patients with active HSK The measurement of sIL 2R concentration might be helpful to monitor the activity and severity of the disease and serve as a meaningful parameter for reflection of the cellular immunity in human body
