| 摘 要： | 目的探讨建立良好护患关系的方法。方法自2008年1月起，在本病区推行以病人为中心，以护患平等关系为基础的现代护患关系模式。结果建立良好护患关系方法的实施，维护了良好的护患关系，营造了和谐的就医氛围。结论在新模式的推行过程中，沟通技巧的运用以及护理人员自身素质的提升，将会加强护患情感沟通，有助于建立良好的护患关系。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish approaches for good nurse-patient relationship. Methods From January 2008, the equal modem nurse-patient relationship model was implemented. Result Establishment of new model maintained a good nurse-patient relationship, and created a harmonious atmosphere for medical treatment. Conclusion The new model helps in establishing a good nurse-patient relationship. |
