| 摘 要： | 探讨离子型和非离子型造影剂过敏反应的预防和处理原则.对比国内外有关造影剂过敏试验的相关文献.依据美国和欧洲指南,提出造影剂过敏反应的预防和处理办法.建议使用造影剂前用该造影剂原液进行过敏试验;积极做好造影剂过敏反应的预防和处理,保障患者的生命安全.

| Abstract: | This paper is aimed to approach the prevention and treatment of anaphylactoid reaction to Ionic and nonionic iodinated contrast media,comparing the pertinent literatures on allergy test of contrast media.Based on the guidelines of America and Europe,methods of prevention and treatment of anaphylactoid reaction to contrast media are proposed.Sensitivity tests are recommended to be done by contrast media. |
