| 摘 要： | 目的通过酶联免疫吸附分析法(ELISA)与磁粒子捕获免疫发光法(ICA)联合测定血癌胚抗原(CEA)进行分析和探讨。方法预先用ELISA对检测CEA的血清标品进行分组,然后根据浓度级别分组再检测血清CEA的浓度。结果ELISA和ICA联合检测血CEA,可大大节约非常昂贵的ICA试剂,又能快速发出检验报告。结论该方法无论是医院或者病患者都带来了非常可观的经济效益。

| Abstract: | Objective To combine the use of ELISA the ICA in determination CEA. Methods Serum samples were grouped by determination of CEA by ELISA. The samples were then titrated for the CEA concentration by ICA. Results Combining both ELISA and ICA for the determination of CEA can save a lot of very expensive ICA reagents and can quickly provide a diagnosis report. Conclusion Combination of both methods can provide good economic efficiency for hospital and patients. |
