| 摘 要： | 目的观察髋动力加压钢板（dynamic hip screw，DHS）内固定在股付转子间骨折治疗中的应朋及疗效。方法我院从2000年6月至2006年6月用DHS治疗68例股骨转子间骨折．根据随访结果进行评价。对失败病例进行分析．并找出其原因。结果本组68例病例得到随访。平均随访时间14个月。按骨折愈合情况，结合董纪元等髋关节疗效标准评分，优29例，良23例，可12例．恙4例．优良率为76．47％。结论,DHS治疗股骨转了间骨折具有操作简单、手术损伤小、固定牢固、早期功能锻炼等优点，是治疗股骨转子间，泞折较理想的方法。掌握手术适应证，选择合适的DHS．掌握于术技术及术后指导功能锻炼，可预防发生骨不连及各种畸形愈合。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the application and the curative effect of dynamic hip screw（DHS） fixed in the femoral intertrochanter fracture. Methods 68 cases of femoral intertrochanter fracturc with DHS treatment in our hospital from June 2000 to June 2006 were reviewed. Results According to Dong jiyuan＇s criteria,excellent and good in 52 cases （76. 47% ）,fair 12 cases and poor 4 cases. Conclusion （;rasping surgery indication,choosing appropriate DHS,grasping surgical technique and instructing the function exercise after operation can obtain satisfactory outcome in the treatment of femoral intertrochanter fracture. |
