个案化健康教育对慢性乙肝患者拉米夫定治疗依从性的影响

目的通过对用药全程进行个案化健康教育，提高慢性乙肝患者拉米夫定治疗的依从性。方法将138例住院接受拉米夫定治疗的慢性乙肝患者，随机分为实验组和对照组，每组69例，对实验组进行个案化健康教育，对照组按传统的卫生宣教方法进行教育，于治疗12个月后，对2组患者依从性进行调查分析。结果实验组与对照组遵医嘱用药比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），在生活方式改善、保持乐观情绪、定期复查3个方面比较，均P〈0．01，2组问差异有统计学意义。结论采取个案化的健康教育方法可提高慢性乙肝患者拉米夫定治疗的依从性。

Effect of Individualized Health Education on the Compliance of the Chronic Hepatitis B Patients with Lamivudine Treatment

Objective] To enhance the compliance of the chronic hepatitis B patients with Lamivudine treatment through individualized health education. Methods] 138 chronic hepatitis B inpatients that were under Lamivudinc treatment were stochastically divided into two groups, namely, the experiment group and the control group with 69 cases in each; individualized health education and traditional health education were conducted on the experiment group and the control group respectively; investigation and analysis were made on the patients＇compliance after 12 months＇treatment. Results] Statistical difference was found between the two groups （P 〈0. 05 ） and in the lifestyle improvement, optimistic mood maintenance and regular countercheck （P 〈 0. 01 ） ; Conclusion] Individualized health education can improve the compliance of chronic hepatitis B patients with Lamivudine treatment.
