| 摘 要： | 研究结果表明，我国高等医学教育已初步形成政府拨款为主、学生缴费等其他方式为辅的多元化的筹资机制。政府拨款占学校总经费的比例逐年下降，学生缴费等教育事业费收入已经成为筹资比例仅次于政府拨款、高等医学院校预算外资金最主要的来源。不同类型高等医学院校的筹资能力和各渠道的比例存在一定差异。 |

| Abstract: | This study indicates that the financing medchanism has changed from government - solo contributor to mulit -sources patterns in last five years. Self - payment tuition fee and other sources for reimbursing medical education expenses increased, leading to decline in share of government budget in total facility revenuse. Varitaion in capability of generating source existed among dirrerent categories of higher medical colleges and Universities. |
