To Promote the Hospital Development Scientifically by Innovating the Management ideas

To maintain the vigor and vitality of the hospital development, the road of scientific development should be chosen. In this paper the development experiences in recent years were summarized of the hospital, and the development of ideas and the course of development were elaborated about the hospital from following aspects： the innovation of management concepts and clinical technology, personnel training, discipline construction, medical support and emergency rescue, ideological and political and the construction of medical ethics.
