多排螺旋CT多平面重建及表面遮盖法显示三维重建在脊椎骨折中的临床应用

摘    要:目的探讨多排螺旋CT不同后处理技术对脊椎骨折的诊断价值及临床意义。方法对34例脊椎骨折患者,行轴位CT扫描后,均行多平面重组(MPR)、表面遮盖法显示(SSD)等后处理技术,并进行比较。结果轴位CT,MPR在显示细小骨折上有优势,而SSD能立体地显示骨折的部位、形态及骨折碎块移位等空间结构。结论脊椎骨折在轴位CT,MPR基础上结合SSD三维重建成像,更能显示骨折的空间结构关系,对临床术前和治疗有重要意义。
