10?NDONASC对蚊、蝇、蜚蠊药效试验观察

摘    要:目的 :观察 10 ?NDONASC对蚊、蝇、蜚蠊的药效。方法 :强迫接触法。结果 :10 ?NDONASC试验室对 3种试虫的杀灭效果 ,以玻璃板面的效果最好 ,水泥板面效果好于漆板 ;3种板面对淡色库蚊的杀灭效果最好 ,对德国小蠊的效果好于家蝇。 3种板面对淡色库蚊的持效期均在 12周以上 ;对家蝇的持效期玻璃板面 3个剂量都在 12周以上 ,漆板 10mg/m2 持效 7周 ,2 0mg/m2 持效 8周 ,30mg/m2 持效 10周 ,水泥板面 10mg/m2 持效10周 ,2 0mg/m2 和 30mg/m2 持效都在 12周以上 ;对德国小蠊的持效期玻璃板面 3个剂量都达 12周 ,水泥及木漆板 10mg/m2 持效 10周 ,2 0mg/m2 和 30mg/m2 都达 12周。结论 :该药剂可以用于卫生害虫的防制

Abstract:Objective:To observe the efficacy of 10% FENDONA SC against mosquito, housefly and cockroach. Methods:Force contacting method. Results:The efficacy for the three insects was the best on the glass surfaces. Efficacy on the cement was better than the painted wood. The efficacy for mosquito was the best on the three surfaces. The efficacy for cockroach was better than the housefly. The long-lasting efficacy for mosquito all was over 12 weeks on the three surfaces; The long-lasting efficacy for housefly all were 12 weeks on the glasses, while on the painted wood 10mg/m 2 about 7 weeks, 20mg/m 2 about 8 weeks, 30mg/m 2 about 10 weeks, while on the cement 10mg/m 2 about 10 weeks, 20mg/m 2 and 30mg/m 2 exceeding 12 weeks; The long-lasting efficacy for cockroach exceeded 12 weeks on the glasses, on the painted wood and cement surfaces 10mg/m 2 about 10 weeks, while 20mg/m 2 and 30mg/m 2 over 12 weeks.
