| 摘 要： | 湿、热、瘀为主要病理因素,正虚为病机关键;其病位在脾胃,涉及肝胆;分期论治,辨证用药;审时度势,衷中参西等四个方面,论述常占杰教授治疗慢性病毒性肝炎黄疸经验。指出:应调理中焦以恢复人体正气,注重湿、热、瘀等病理因素在疾病发展过程中的重要作用。
