强化康复训练对偏瘫患者自理能力恢复的影响评价

目的探讨强化康复训练对中风偏瘫患者肢体功能及日常生活自理能力改善的影响。方法将2000年1月～2003年6月于我科住院的96例患者随机分为强化训练组50例及一般康复组46例,经不同形式训练后将其Fugl Meyer、Barthel及FIM评分进行比较。结果两组病人治疗前后组间比较,治疗前各项指标评分差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05),而治疗后而有极显著性意义(P<0.01),且治疗后强化训练组评分明显高于一般康复组。结论强化康复训练可有效地改善患者肢体运动功能及提高生活自理能力。

Assessment of impacts of intensive rehabilitation training on the recovery of activities of daily Living (ADL) of hemiplegy patients

Objective To explore the impacts of intensive rehabilitation training on improvement of limb function and activities of daily living (ADL) of stroke hemiplegy patients. Methods A total of 96 patients hospitalized in the Department of Rehabilitation from January 2000 to June 2003 were randomly divided into two groups,namely the intensive training group with 50 patients,and common rehabilitation group with 46 patients,respectively.Two groups were compared on Fugl-Meyer,Barthel and FIM scores after different kinds of training. Results The inter-group difference of all criteria scores is not significant before treatment (P>0.05)while highly significant after treatment (P<0.01),and all criteria scores for the intensive traning group are remarkably high than those for the common rehabilitation group after treatment. Conclusion Intensive rehabilitation training can effectively improve on limb movement function and ADL of stroke hemiplegy patients.
