调脂治疗不稳定心绞痛患者的临床和预后分析

目的：探讨调脂治疗对血脂正常的不稳定心绞痛患预后的影响。方法：回顾性研究120例住院治疗确诊的血脂正常的不稳定心绞痛患，随机分为常规治疗对照组(N=60)及普伐他汀调脂治疗组(N=60)进行治疗并对比研究。结果：两组病人均随访10年以上，发现治疗组仍能达到满意的调脂效果，同时治疗组比对照组心血管病事件、再住院人次、再住院日均有明显下降，经统计学分析差异有显性。治疗组随访过程中未发现严重的毒副作用。结论：对血脂正常不稳定心绞痛患行干预调脂治疗是一种安全有效的治疗方法。

An analyze of clinical and after preparing on adjusting blood lipid therapy of unsteady angina pectoris

objictive:To evaluate the effect of adjusting blood lipid therapy fro patients with unstable angina pectoris and normal blood lipid. Methods: 120 patients with unstable angina pectoris and normal blood lipid in 1999-2002 were randomly divided into two groups as follows: normal treatment group (n=60) and pravastatin treatment group (n=60). Results: Two groups of patients were followed for more than 1.0 year. Satisfy adjustment blood lipid effect was achieved in pravastatin treatment group, mean while coronary heart disease accidents, readmission patients, readmission dates were much lower than those in normal treatment group; the difference between them highly significant; Several side effects do not happen in the following course, either.Conslusions: It is an effective and safe therapy way that adjusting blood lipid therapy for patients with unstable angina pectoris and normal blood lipid.
