| 摘 要： | 为寻找诊断恶性胸腔积液简便有效的方法。采用放射免疫分析技术对健康对照组30例，已确诊的恶性胸水组28例，良性胸水组33例血清及胸水进行CA-50及CEA平行对照检测，并进行临床流行病学分析。结果：胸水CEA检测敏感性67.9%，血清、胸水CA-50检测特异性100%，结果表明：CA-50，CEA作为恶性胸腔积液的诊断辅助手段，具有敏感性高、特异性好等优点。

| Abstract: | Objective: To find out an easier and more effective method for the diagnosis of the malignant hydrothorax. Methods: By radioimmunoassay technique, the CA-50 and CEA level of serum and hydrothorax were determined and analyed epodemiologically in 28 patients with malignant hydrothorax, in 33 patients with benign hydrothorax, and in 30 healthy persons as the control. Results: The sensitivity of CEA of hydrothorax was 67 9%. The specificity of the CA-50 of serum and hydrothorax were 100%. Conclusion: The CA-50 and CEA have the better sensitivity and specificity as a good helper for the diagnosis of the malignant hydrothorax. |
