| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨冠心病患者合并外周血管病变的综合治疗方法。方法 对 2 1例合并外周血管病变的冠心病患者 ,采用经皮穿刺外周血管成形术治疗后进行心肌血运重建术或以便于内科药物治疗冠心病。结果 2 1例外周血管成形术均获得成功 ,无严重并发症发生 ,使冠心病的进一步治疗获得良好的效果。结论 经皮穿刺外周血管成形术和支架植入术疗效好 ,成功率高 ,对冠心病的进一步治疗和预后有重要的意义

| Abstract: | To investigate the synthetical therapy of coronary heart disease combined with peripheral vascular disease Methods 21 patients with coronary heart disease underwent percutaneous transluminal peripheral angioplasty, and followed by myocardial reperfusion therapy or medical therapy Results Clinical successes were acquired without severe complications, and it provided good chances for further treatment of coronary heart disease Conclusion Percutaneous transluminal peripheral angioplasty could acquire good results with high successful rate, and it has an important role for the further treatment and prognosis of coronary heart disease |
