| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨脑梗死继发癫痫患者脑电图（EEG）改变及与临床关系。方法：对32例确诊为脑梗死继发癫痫患者的EEG及临床进行分析。结果：脑梗死继发癫痫早期发作占68。7％，发作类型以强直阵挛发作为主；迟发性发作占31．2％，发作类型以部分性发作为主。继发癫痫与病灶部位密切相关。早期发作脑电图主要表现为普遍性慢活动基础上局限性慢活动明显以及痫样放电，迟发性发作脑电图主要表现为痫样放电。结论：脑电图在脑梗死继发癫痫的诊断及癫痫灶定位方面有一定临床意义。
