| 摘 要： | 采用放射免疫测定法观察风湿性二尖瓣病变患者心肌透明质酸(HA)含量的变化以及HA与心肌病理改变和心功能之间的关系。结果表明风湿性心脏病(RHD)患者心肌HA含量明显增高,而且HAR的变化可反映心肌的病理改变程度,尤其是心肌间质纤维组织增生的严重程度;在临床上心肌HA含量的高低与换瓣术后心功能的恢复密切相关,表明HA是一项预测风心病换瓣术后疗效的指标。

| Abstract: | Myccardial concentration of hyaluronic add (HA) was measured by radioimmunoassay in 25 patients with rheumatic mitral valve disease. The relationship between the HA content and both the myuccardial pathological lesion and cardiac function were studied The results showed that myocardial HA content increased significantly in rheumatic heart disease, and could reflect myocardial pathological lesion, especially, explain the severity of the proliferation of intramyocardial fibrous tissue. On the other hand, myocardial HA content correlated strongly with the changes of cardiac function. Myocardial HA content may be useful for predicting prognosis of valve replacement |
