乌司他丁治疗急性重型颅脑损伤的价值

目的探讨乌司他丁对重型颅脑损伤的治疗价值。方法60例重型颅脑损伤患者，随机分为乌司他丁治疗组（n=32）和对照组（n=28），对照组接受常规治疗。乌司他丁治疗组在常规治疗基础上静脉滴注乌司他丁20万U，3次／d，连用10d，观察两组的治疗第1，4，8，12d的GCS记分及6个月后GOS评分。记录两组的血生化指标及生命体征变化。两组进行对照。结果治疗组较对照组GCS记分明显升高（P〈0．05），6个月后GOS评分的治疗组神经功能恢复水平明显优于对照组，病死率亦明显下降，有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论乌司他丁能够有效地治疗重型颅脑损伤，促进患者神经功能恢复，降低死亡风险，安全可靠。

Therapeutic value of ulinastatin in acute severe traumatic craniocerebral injury

Aim To explore the treatment value of ulinastatin for the patients with acute severe traumatic craniocerebral injury. Methods 60 cases with acute severe traumatic craniocerebral injury were randomly divided into the ulinastatin treatment group （32 cases） and the control group （28 cases）, the control group received conventional therapy. Ulinastatin conventional therapy in the treatment group based on the intravenous drip ulinastatin 200 000 U, 3 times· d^-1 , once a 10 days, treatment effect was assessed with the GCS points at the first 1 th, 4th, 8th, 12th day and the GOS score at 6 months after injury. Record two groups of biochemical indexes of blood and the vital signs change. Results between the two groups were compared~ Results Comparing the treatment group with the control group, GCS points had significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）, 6-month GOS score of the neurological function recovery in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group, and death rate decreased significantly and there are statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Ulinastat not only appears the effective treatment and promotes the neurological function recovery, but also reduces the risk of death for the patients with severe traumatic craniocerebral injury. Ulinastat use is safe and reliable.
