电针结合中频对腰神经根受压模型大鼠抗炎镇痛的作用

摘    要:目的:探讨电针结合中频治疗腰神经根受压的效应及作用机制.方法:将72只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、假手术组、模型组、电针组、中频组和电针加中频组,每组12只.后4组经手术复制腰神经根受压模型.正常组、假手术组、模型组不做任何治疗,电针组进行电针治疗,穴取"夹脊""环跳"等,中频组采用中频治疗,穴取"夹脊""环跳",电针加中频组先后进行电针与中频治疗,取穴及治疗时间与上两组相同.所有治疗均于造模成功后第5天开始,每日1次,连续治疗14 d.观察治疗前后大鼠患肢大体观,检测治疗后血浆血栓素B2(TXB 2)、前列环素F1α(PGF1α)含量,并通过光镜观察受压神经根局部的病理变化.结果:与治疗前相比,3个治疗组均能明显降低模型大鼠患肢神经功能评分(均P<0.01).治疗后,与模型组相比,电针组及电针加中频组TXB 2下降明显(均P<0.01),电针加中频组PGF1α上升明显(P<0.01),3组的TXB 2/PGF1α比值均得到了良性调整(均P<0.01),同时电针组、电针加中频组的病理评分改善明显(均P<0.01).结论:电针结合中频治疗对腰神经根受压模型大鼠具有抗炎镇痛的作用;降低TXB 2、升高PGF1α、维持两者的动态平衡,从而改善微循环状态是其作用机制之一.
