三种不同剂型大黄对大鼠泻下作用的影响

[目的]观察大黄超微粉剂、配方颗粒剂及传统饮片对大鼠致泻作用的影响.[方法] Wistar大鼠40只,随机分为4组(n=10).通过给大鼠灌胃3种不同剂型的大黄煎液每日4g/kg,正常对照组每日灌胃生理盐水,观察大鼠每日大便总量,稀便量,计算稀便级及腹泻指数,连续观察5d,同时检测大鼠血常规及电解质.[结果]同等剂量的3种不同制剂大黄对大鼠泻下作用的影响存在差异,大黄超微粉组泻下效果明显高于传统饮片组,而经过高温煎煮的配方颗粒泻下效果最差.[结论]不同剂型大黄泻下作用不同.
