| 摘 要： | 目的:评估针灸对颈动脉粥样硬化患者颈动脉血管结构及血流参数的影响.方法:68例患者随机分为针灸组(35例)和药物组(33例),针灸组穴取人迎、内关、足三里等,足三里针上加灸;药物组口服阿司匹林肠溶片.于治疗前后应用高频超声检测两组患者颈动脉内径(CCA)、内膜中层厚度(IMT)及收缩期峰值血流速度(PSV)、舒张末期血流速度(EDV)、搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI),并进行对比分析.结果:治疗后针灸组与药物组相比,CCA增加(8.16±0.80)mmvs(7.69±0.61)mm,P＜0.01],IMT变薄(1.05±0.09)mm vs(1.10±0.09) mm,P＜0.05],PSV、EDV增快(均P＜0.01),PI、RI下降(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).结论:针灸对改善颈动脉硬化及颈动脉血流状况有较好疗效,有助于减轻和防止缺血性脑血管病的发生和发展.
