| 特发性面神经麻痹急性期针灸干预疗效观察 |

| 摘 要： | 目的:观察特发性面神经麻痹急性期针灸干预的疗效,探索针灸治疗面神经麻痹的最佳治疗时机.方法:使用前瞻性队列研究,将80例患者分为观察组(59例)和对照组(21例),观察组痛程不超过5天(以保证急性进展期最少3次的针灸治疗),对照组病程7天以上,未接受过针灸治疗.两组患者入组后均接受针灸治疗,穴取四白、地仓、颊车、攒竹等,治疗8周.采用面神经功能分级(HB分级)量表、面部残疾指数(FDI)评分量表等指标,分别于治疗前和治疗后第2、4、6、8周及治疗后3个月进行评价.结果:两组均可降低HB分级,提高FDI评分(均P＜0.05),且改善程度观察组优于对照组(均P＜0.05);观察组痊愈率为86.4%(51/59),优于对照组的76.2%(16/21),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),观察组痊愈患者的治疗天数(25.98±11.25)少于对照组(39.31±13.07,P＜0.01);观察组后遗症发生率为5.1%(3/59),低于对照组的9.5%(2/21,P＜0.05).结论:特发性面神经麻痹急性期采用针灸干预,不仅不会加重病情,反而可以提高疗效,缩短疗程,降低后遗症发生率.
