1 131例社区中老年男性尿流率调查

目的获取中老年男性尿流率资料,了解我国中老年男性基本排尿功能状况.方法将1 131例中老年男性志愿者按年龄段分为4组,分别饮水1 000ml后进行尿流率检测,记录最大尿流率(Qmax),平均尿流率(Qave),排尿量(VV),排尿时间(VT),尿流时间(FT).结果随年龄增加Qmax、Qave、VV都显著降低,不同组间相比均存在显著性差异,Qmax下降率约为年龄每增加10岁,Qmax降低2.3 ml/s.结论中老年男性尿流率随年龄增长而显著降低,部分患者症状与实测尿流率有背离现象,提示不能单纯根据患者症状进行前列腺手术.本研究累积了我国中老年人基本尿流率数据,为进一步研究前列腺增生的诊断和标准化治疗提供了较好的基础.

Uroflowmetric analysis of 1 131 middle aged and elderly males

Objective To clarify the basic micturition status of middle aged and elderly males and obtain the initial data on urinary flow rate of the middle aged and elderly males in Chongqing. Methods A total of 1 131 middle aged and elderly male volunteers were divided into 4 groups according to their age range. Uroflometry was preformed after drinking 1 000 ml water. The maximum flow rate (Q max ), average flow rate (Q ave ), urinary output (VV), voiding time (VT), and urinary flow time (FT) were measured. Results As the age increased, Q max , Q ave , and VV decreased remarkably. There was significant difference between each group ( P <0.01). Q max decreased by about 2.3 ml/s every decade. Conclusion Urinary flow rate is decreased significantly in middle aged and elderly males as the age increases. The urinary flow rate is deviated from symptom in some patients, indicating that prostatectomy can not be performed simply based on symptoms only. In our study, the obtainment of basic data on urinary flow rate of the middle aged and elderly males in our country had laid a foundation for the studies of the diagnosis and standardized treatment of benign prostate hyperplasia.
