摘    要:紫外线循环风消毒器为医院自行设计研制,为观察其对医院室内空气消毒效果,采用现场采样方法进行了检测。结果,在房间内体积约60m3的儿童输液室和手术室内,安装该消毒器1台,静态下开机作用30min,可使室内空气中自然菌下降80%以上;开机60min,下降率达到90%以上。室内有人活动情况下,消毒器处于持续工作状态,可保持室内空气细菌总数在II类环境水平。人员活动对消毒器效果有明显影响,人员进入活动30min,空气中菌数回升明显,60min后细菌数比人员进入前上升53%。消毒器工作4h,室内空气中臭氧含量<0.2mg/L。

Abstract:The Ultraviolet Cirulating Wind Disinfector was developed by this hospital. In order to observe its efficacy in disinfection of indoor air of the hospital, on-the-spot sampling method was used for examination. Results: One set of the Disinfector was installed in pediatric transfusion room of about 603 in size and one set in the operating room. Operation of the Disinfector for 30 min at static condition could reduce the natural bacteria in indoor air by over 80% and operation for 60 min could result in a reduction rate of over 90%. When there was activity of persons in the room and the Disinfector was in the state of continuous operation, the total bacterial count in the indoor air could be kept at class-Ⅱenvironmental level. Activity of persons for had obvious inflcence on the efficacy of the disinfector and activity 30 min caused obvious rise of bacterial count in air and the bacterial count increased by 53% after 60 min as compared with that before entrance of the persons. Operation of the disinfector for 4 h resulted in <0.2 mg/L ozone content in indoor air.
