儿童热性惊厥与缺铁性贫血相关性分析

目的 对儿童热性惊厥与缺铁性贫血之间的关系进行探究.方法 对热性惊厥212例患儿的平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量、平均红细胞容积、血红蛋白及红细胞计数进行检测,同时以同期188例无惊厥、肠道感染及呼吸道感染的患儿作为对照组,并详细分析检测结果.结果 观察组患者的贫血发病率比对照组患儿明显要高,并且绝大多数为小细胞性贫血,与缺铁性贫血的相关血液特征相符合.结论 儿童缺铁性贫血可能是导致热性惊厥的一项重要原因.

Correlation analysis on children febrile seizures and iron deficiency anemia

Objective To explore the relationship between children febrile seizures and iron deficiency anemia.Methods The mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration,mean corpuscular hemoglobin,mean corpuscular volume,hemoglobin and red blood cell count of 212 cases of febrile seizures patients as observation group were detected,and the 188 cases of convulsions,intestinal infections and respiratory tract infections in children were selected as the control group at the same period,and then the detection results were analyzed in detail.Results The incidence of anemia of children of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the vast majority of small-cell anemia was consistent with the iron deficiency anemia blood characteristics.Conclusion Children with iron deficiency anemia may lead to an important cause of febrile seizures.
