血清Hs-CRP在重症肺炎诊断中的意义

目的:探讨血清超敏C反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)在重症肺炎诊断中的意义。方法:2010年9月～2012年9月,我院诊治的120例肺炎患者,根据病情严重程度,将其分为重症肺炎组和轻症肺炎组,每组各60例,另外选取60例健康体检者作为对照组,对各组血清超敏C反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)和肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)水平,进行检测和比较。结果:与对照组相比,轻重症肺炎组Hs-CRP、CK-MB和cTn-I水平均明显升高,差异有统计学意义;与轻症肺炎组相比,重症肺炎组血清Hs-CRP、CK-MB和cTn-I水平均明显升高,差异有统计学意义。结论:重症肺炎患者血清Hs-CRP、CK-MB和cTn-I水平明显升高,对于重症肺炎患者的临床诊断具有重要临床意义。

Significance of serum Hs-CRP in the diagnosis of severe pneumonia

Objective: To study the significance of serum Hs-CRP in the diagnosis of severe pnuemonia.Methods: One hundred and twenty pneumonia infant patients treated in our hospital during Sep 2010 and Sep 2012 were enrolled and divided into slight severe pneumonia group and the slight pneumonia group according to severity of symptoms,with 60 cases in each group.Sixty healthy volunteers were also enrolled as control group.The serum C-reactive protein(Hs-CRP) and creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB) were detected and compared among these groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the levels of Hs-CRP,CK-MB and cTn-I were significantly increased in the two pneumonia groups(P<0.05),of the latter two groups,the increase was significantly obvious in the severe pneumonia group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The serum Hs-CRP,CK-MB and cTn-I obviously increased in the patients with severe pneumonia indicating it has significant value in the diagnosis of severe pneumonia..
