参附注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床观察

目的 探讨参附注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效.方法 选取我院2010年1月至2012年9月间收治的90例慢性心力衰竭患者,按照随机对照原则将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各45例,对照组患者给予常规综合治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗基础上加用参附注射液治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效,观察治疗前后两组患者的左心射血分数（LVEF）变化情况.结果 观察组45例患者经参附注射液治疗后总有效率为93.3％,显著高于对照组的75.6％,组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.两组患者治疗后LVEF较治疗前有所改善,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,观察组患者较对照组患者改善更为显著（P＜0.05）.结论 在常规治疗基础上应用参附注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭临床疗效确切,值得临床进一步推广使用.

Shenfu injections in the treatment of chronic heart failure

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shenfu injections in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods 90 patients with chronic heart failure who had been hospitalized between January 2010 and September 2012 were selected.The patients were randomly divided into a study group and a control group,45 for each group.The control group received conventional treatment,while the study group received Shenfu injections in addtion to conventional therapy.The clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups,and the changes in left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF） were observed in the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effectiveness rate was significantly higher in the study group （93.3%） than in the control group （75.6%）,with a significant statistical difference （P〈0.05）.As compared with the baselines,LVEF was improved in both groups and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; the improvement in LVEF was more significant in the study group than in the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusions Therapy with Shenfu injections is efficacious in the treatment of chronic heart failure,and it is worth further popularizing clinically.
