| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨血液透析联合血液灌流治疗急性肾功能衰竭的方法及效果。方法:收集本院收治的50例急性肾功能衰竭患者,随机分为两组,实验组行血液透析联合血液灌流(HD+HP)治疗,对照组行常规HD治疗。治疗后随访1～2个月,比较两组患者的各项生化指标和疗效。结果:随访期间两组组内相比,治疗后患者的各项生化指标均优于治疗前(P<0.05);而两组组间相比,实验组患者的各项生化指标及总有效率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用血液透析联合血液灌流治疗急性肾功能衰竭可以显著改善患者治疗后的各项相关生化指标,有效提高患者疗效。

Effect of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis on treatment of acute renal failure |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effect of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis on treatment of acute renal failure.Methods:A total of 50 cases of acute renal failure were randomly divided into two groups,experimental group with combined hemoperfusion and hemodialysis(HD + HP);control group treated with conventional HD.All patients were followed up for 1-2 months after treatment;biochemical indexes and efficacy were observed and compared.Results:After treatment,biochemical indicators were significantly better than those before treatment in two groups(P<0.05);biochemical parameters and the total effective rate of experimental were significantly better than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Combination therapy of hemoperfusion and hemodialysis can improve biochemical indexes and efficacy of patients with acute renal failure. |
