顺铂联合多西他赛对食管癌术后转移患者血清转移相关因子及肿瘤标志物的影响观察

目的:观察顺铂联合多西他赛治疗食管癌术后转移患者的疗效,对患者血清转移相关因子及肿瘤标志物的影响。方法:将本院收治的食管癌术后转移肿瘤患者随机分成两组,对照组采用顺铂治疗,观察组采用顺铂联合多西他赛治疗,化疗前及化疗3个月后对两组患者的血清转移相关因子及血清肿瘤标志物进行测量,比较组间差异;治疗3个月后统计两种化疗方案的不良反应发生率差异。结果:治疗3个月后,观察组血清转移相关因子NO、NOS、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血清肿瘤标志物CEA、CA199、CA724、CA125、CY211、SCC亦显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组间不良反应发生率,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:顺铂联合多西他赛治疗食管癌术后转移患者疗效优于顺铂单用。

Influence of cisplatin combined with docetaxel onmetastasis on change of serum cytokines levels and expression of different tumor markers in esophageal cancer patients with surgery

Objective:To study the clinical effects of cisplatin combined with docetaxel on change of serum cytokines levels and expression of different tumor markers in esophageal cancer patients with surgery.Methods:A total of 118 patients with metastasis after esophageal cancer resection in our hospital were select as research object,and they were randomly divided into two group.The control group(A group)were treated with cisplatin and the observation group(B group)were treated with cisplatin combined with docetaxel.The serum cytokines levels and tumor markers,incidence of adverse reactions were analyzed and compared.Results:After 3 months,the serum levels of cytokines NO,NOS,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8 of observation group were significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05);the levels of tumor markers CEA,CA199,CA724,CA125,CY211,SCC of observation group were also significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).And there were no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions in two groups.Conclusions:The clinical effects of cisplatin combined with docetaxel for metastasis of postoperative esophageal cancer are better than cisplatin only.
