扁平化管理模式在神经外科护理中运用的效果探讨

目的观察扁平化管理模式在神经外科护理中运用的临床效果，探讨提高神经外科护理水平的护理管理模式。方法选择同期神经外科住院患者62例，以上患者随机均分为传统组（n=31例）和扁平化组（n=31例），传统组采取传统的护理措施，扁平化组在扁平化管理模式下进行临床护理，比较住院期间两组患者的临床护理质量以及患者对护理人员、医生对护理人员和护理人员对自身的满意度。结果住院期间传统组基础护理（93．77±1．65）、重危护理（96．92±1．38）、护理文书（90．69±2．46）、健康教育（94．83±2．11），扁平化组基础护理（98．26±1．24）、重危护理（99．06±0．52）、护理文书（95．27±2．06）、健康教育（97．71±1．64），组间比较差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；传统组患者满意率为80．6％、医生满意率为55．6％、自身满意率为55．6％，扁平化组患者满意率为96．8％、医生满意率为100．0％、自身满意率为88．9％，组间比较差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论在神经外科患者的临床护理过程中，采用扁平化管理模式可显著提高临床护理质量，增加患者对护理人员、医生对护理人员和护理人员对自身的满意度，具有积极的临床意义。

Clinical effect discussion on fiat management mode in the neurosurgery nursing

Objective To observe the clinical effect of flat management mode in the neurosurgery nursing and research the management model to improve the nursing levels. Methods 62 neurosurgery patients were selected and randomly divided into the traditional group （n=31） and flattening group （n=31）, and then compared with the quality of clinical nursing, the patients＇ satisfaction, doctors＇ satisfaction and nurses＇ satisfaction. Results There was a statistical significant difference （P 〈 0.05） in the quality of clinical nursing, the flattening group was better than that of the traditional group. It showed statistical significant difference （P 〈 0.05） in the satisfaction of patients, doctors and nurses, the former was better than the latter. Conclusion During nursing process for the neurosurgery patients, using the flat management mode could significantly improve the quality of clinical nursing and the satisfaction of the various aspects, which has a positive clinical significance.
