生脉注射液联合化疗治疗晚期食管癌的临床观察

摘    要:目的 比较生脉注射液联合化疗与单纯化疗治疗晚期食管癌的疗效及不良反应.方法 将84例晚期食管癌患者随机分为两组:治疗组43例用生脉注射液50 ml/d静脉滴注20 d,配合DDP+CF/5-Fu方案化疗,对照组41例单纯用DDP+CF/5-Fu方案化疗,每3周重复1次,共2个化疗周期.治疗后评价两组患者的近期疗效、化疗毒副反应、中医症候及生活质量.结果 近期疗效:治疗组有效率为58.1%,对照组为53.7%.治疗组毒副反应有所减轻,中医症候改善明显,生活质量提高(P<0.01).结论 生脉注射液可减轻晚期食管癌患者化疗所致毒副作用,改善中医症候,提高生活质量.

Abstract:Objective To compare the curative effect and side effect of combined treatment with Shengmai injection and chemotherapy and only chemotherapy for patients with advanced esophageal cancer.Methods Patients with advanced esophageal cancer (n=84) were randomly divided into two groups.They were treated with Shengmai injection 50 ml/d for 20 days and DDP+CF/5-Fu chemotherapy (n=43),or with DDP+CF/5-Fu chemotherapy alone (control,n=41),all patients were treated not less than 2 cycles.Results The overall response rates of observation group and control group showed no significant difference; the life quality and relieved chemotherapy toxicity of patients in observation group were superior to those in control group.Conclusion Shengrnai injection can decrease toxic reaction and improve life quality of patients with advanced esophageal cancer.
