非手术治疗对重度慢性牙周炎患者血液C反应蛋白的影响

目的 了解牙周非手术治疗对重度慢性牙周炎患者血液C反应蛋白的影响.方法 27名重度慢性牙周炎患者接受牙周非手术治疗,包括口腔卫生宣教、洁刮治和根面平整.治疗前及治疗后3个月检查牙周探诊深度（PD）、附着丧失（AL）、探诊出血（BOP）和血液C反应蛋白（CRP）水平.结果 非手术治疗后3个月,患者PD由4.82 mm下降到2.73 mm,AL由3.79 mm下降到2.43 mm,CRP由2.82 mg/L下降到1.23 mg/L,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.结论 牙周非手术治疗可有效降低重度慢性牙周炎患者血液C反应蛋白的水平,从而降低其全身性炎症负担.

Effect of non-surgical periodontal therapy on C-reactive protein in advanced chronic periodontitis

Objective To assess whether intensive non-surgical periodontal therapy have any effects on serum C-reactive protein （CRP） in patients with advanced chronic periodontitis.Methods 27 systemically healthy patients with advanced chronic periodontitis were recruited for the study.Patients received intensive non-surgical periodontal therapy,which included oral hygiene instructions and subgingival scaling and root planing.Prior to and three months after the therapy,periodontal parameters including probing depth （PD）,attachment loss （AL）,and bleeding on probing （BOP） together with serum CRP were measured.Results After 3 months of periodontal therapy,PD decreased from 4.82 mm to 2.73 mm,AL decreased from 3.79 mm to 2.43 ram.CRP level decreased from 2.82 mg/L to 1.23 mg/L.All the parameters were significantly improved.Conclusion Non-surgical periodontal therapy is effective in reducing CRP level and therefore reduce the systemic inflammatory burden in patients with advanced chronic periodontitis.
