摘    要:目的通过品质圈活动,改进工作流程,增强主动服务意识,减少病房输液铃声,提高病人满意度。方法开展主题为“加强巡视,减少亮红灯次数”的品质圈活动,进行现状及原因分析,制订对策并实施,进行持续质量改进。结果活动前后比较,输液红灯由原来的每周534次降至126次,病人满意度由原来的90.5%上升至96%。结论品质圈活动增强了护士主动服务的意识,优化了工作流程,提高了工作的效率,有效减少病房亮红灯次数,提升了患者的满意度。

Abstract:Objective To use quality circle activities to improve work flow, enhance the sense of active service, reduce the times of ward infusion bell, and advance the satisfaction of patients. Methods By carrying out quality circle activities under the theme of Increasing inspection, reducing number of red light to analyze the present situation and reason for setting the countermeasures and putting forward which can provide continuous quality improvement. Results By comparison between before and after activities, the times of infusion red light were decreased from 534 to 126 times per week, while the degree of patient satisfaction increased from 90.5% to 96%. Conclusion Quality circle activities can enhance the sense of nurse active service, optimize work flow, improve work efficiency, reduce the times of ward red light, and advance the degree of patients' satisfaction.
