中西药联合治疗冠心病心绞痛临床疗效及安全性研究

目的:探讨中西药联合治疗不稳定心绞痛临床疗效。方法:对2010年2月～2012年8月采用单硝酸异山梨酯联合血栓通(观察组,n=50)或单硝酸异山梨酯(对照组,n=50)治疗的100例冠心病心绞痛患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:治疗后观察组的心绞痛改善情况,心电图改善情况,血液流变学情况和血脂情况都显著地优于对照组。结论:单硝酸异山梨酯联合血栓通治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效确切,无明显毒副作用,能较好地发挥中西药联合治疗冠心病心绞痛的优势,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effects and safety of combination of Chinese and Western medicine on the treatment of coronary heart disease angina

Objective:To explore the clinical effects and safety of combination of Chinese and western medicine on the treatment of coronary heart disease angina.Methods:Clinical data of 100 cases with angina admitted in our hospital from February 2010 to August 2012 was analyzed retrospectively.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group by half.Patients in observation group were treated isosorbide mononitrate combined with Xueshuangtong,and patients in control group were treated by isosorbide mononitrate.Results:After treatment,the episodes of angina pectoris,electrocardiogram,hemorrheology and blood lipids in the experiment group were significantly better than those in the control group.Conclusions:Isosorbide mononitrate combined with Xueshuangtong has satisfactory effect on the treatment of unstable angina,without obvious side effects.It has specific advantage as combination therapy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and is worthy to be popularized.
