| 摘 要： | 目的 研究动力髋螺钉（DHS）和股骨近端髓内钉（PFN）对骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折的治疗效果.方法 选取我院骨科2008年10月至2012年10月收治的骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折患者86例,PFN组患者采用PFN内固定治疗,DHS组患者采用DHS内固定治疗.结果 与DHS组比较,PFN组患者的手术时间较短,术中出血量相对较少,骨折愈合时间短;PFN组优良率为93.02％,DHS组优良率为83.62％.结论 PFN治疗骨质疏松性粗隆骨折的效果较好.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate treatment effects of the dynamic hip screw （DHS） and proximal femoral nail （PFN） for tuberosity fracture osteoporosis.Methods 86 cases of tuberosity fracture osteoporosis in the orthopedic department of our hospital from October 2008 to October 2012 were selected,the PFN group was given PFN treatment,and the DHS group was given DHS treatment.Results Compared with the DHS group,the PFN group had the advantages of shorter operation time,less blood loss and short fracture healing time; for the comparison of Harris hip scores,DHS group was worse.Conclusion The effect of PFN is better for the treatment of tuberosity fracture osteoporosis. |
