IKAP护理模式对提高晚期肿瘤患者生活质量的研究

目的 探讨在社区干预中运用IKAP护理模式对恶性肿瘤患者生活质量的影响.方法 将128例社区内的恶性肿瘤患者分成干预组及对照组,分别采用IKAP护理模式和普通护理模式.IKAP组65例采用IKAP模式（即信息一知识一信念一行为理论模式）进行社区护理干预,对照组63例予普通护理.每6个月统计两组GQOLI评分至12个月,并对结果进行统计学比较.结果 干预前两组GQOLI各维度评分及总分之间差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）,干预后两组GQOLI各维度评分及总分之间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 在社区干预中运用IKAP护理模式对恶性肿瘤患者的生活质量有较明显的改善作用.

Study on efficacy of IKAP nursing in improving the quality of life of patients with advanced cancer

Objective To explore the comprehensive efficacy of IKAP nursing in improving the quality of life （QOL） of patients with malignant cancer in community intervention.Methods 128 cases with malignant cancer were divided into intervention group （IKAP nursing） with 65 cases,and control group （general nursing） with 63 cases.IKAP form （information-knowledge-attitude-practice） was carried out for the cases of intervention group while general form in control group.General quality of life inventory （GQOLI） scores were measured and statistically compared every 6 months in two groups.Results GQOLI scores between the intervention group and control group had no significant difference before the intervention （P 〉 0.05）,there were significant differences in the intervention group compared with the control group （P 〈 0.05） after the IKAP nursing intervention.Conclusion IKAP nursing intervention can obviously improve the QOL of the patients with malignant cancer in community.
