硒蛋氨酸对食管癌放射抗拒细胞药物耐受性的影响

摘    要:目的:研究硒蛋氨酸对食管癌放射抗拒细胞药物耐受性的影响。方法:以食管癌EC9706细胞为研究对象,建立放射抗拒的食管癌EC9706细胞株EC9706R,研究硒蛋氨酸对EC9706R细胞的影响。结果:EC9706R细胞耐药指数是EC9706细胞的1.24倍,硒蛋氨酸浓度大于4μmol/L时明显降低EC9706R细胞对顺铂的药物耐受性(P<0.05)。结论:硒蛋氨酸对食管癌放射抗拒细胞的药物耐受性具有一定的逆转作用。

Effect of selenomethionine on drug-resistance of human esophageal radioresistance carcinoma cells
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of selenomethionine on the drug-resistance of human esophageal carcinoma radioresistance cells.Methods:Radioresistant cells(EC9706R) were established by means of continuous fractionated gamma-ray irradiation upon human esophageal squamous cancer cell line EC9706.MTT assay was used to detect the effect of Selenomethionine on the drug-resistance of EC9706R.Results:The esophageal cancer radioresistant cells(EC9706R) showed increased cisplatin-resistance.4 μmol/Lselenomethionine had significantly effect on the cisplatin-resistance of EC9706R(P<0.05).Conclusions:Selenomethionine can overcome drug-resistance of esophageal squamous cancer radioresistant cellsn.
