摘    要:目的:研究孟鲁司特联合舒利迭对支气管哮喘患儿血清Leptin、Eotaxin、ECP、LPO、细胞免疫及微量元素的影响。方法:选取2011年6月~2012年7月于本院进行治疗的86例支气管哮喘患儿为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(舒利迭组)和观察组(孟鲁司特联合舒利迭组),每组各43例,检测并比较两组患儿治疗前与治疗后6、12周的血清Leptin、Eotaxin、ECP、LPO、细胞免疫及微量元素水平。结果:观察组治疗后6、12周的血清Leptin、Eotaxin、ECP及LPO水平均低于对照组,而细胞免疫指标优于对照组,血Ca、Zn、Fe、Se、Cu及Mg水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:孟鲁司特联合舒利迭对支气管哮喘患儿血清Leptin、Eotaxin、ECP、LPO、细胞免疫及微量元素的影响较大,对于改善患儿的综合状态发挥着积极的临床作用。

Influence of montelukast combined with seretide on serum Leptin, Eotaxin, ECP, LPO, cellular immunity and trace elements of children with bronchial asthma
Abstract:Objective:To study the influence of montelukast combined with seretide on serum Leptin,Eotaxin,ECP,LPO,cellular immunity and trace elements of children with bronchial asthma.Methods:A total of 86 children with bronchial asthma in our hospital from June 2011 to July 2012 were selected as research object,and they were randomly divided into control group(seretide group)and observation group(montelukast combined with seretide group)with 43 cases in each group,then the serum Leptin,Eotaxin,ECP,LPO,cellular immunity and trace elements of two groups before and after the treatment at sixth and twelfth week were detected and compared.Results:The serum Leptin,Eotaxin,ECP and LPO of observation group after the treatment at sixth and twelfth week were significantly lower than those of control group,cellular immunity indexes were all significantly better than those of control group,blood Ca,Zn,Fe,Se,Cu and Mg were all significantly higher than those of control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions:Montelukast combined with seretide has effect on the serum Leptin,Eotaxin,ECP,LPO,cellular immunity and trace elements of children with bronchial asthma,and it plays an active role in improving the comprehensive state of children.
