急性缺血性脑卒中患者血清Lp(a)、D-D、CRP及FG的水平变化及其相关性研究

目的:研究急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)患者血清中脂蛋白a(LPa)、D-二聚体(D-D)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、纤维蛋白原(FG)的水平变化并探讨其临床意义。方法:将我院2011年7月～2012年5月所收治的74例神经内科首次发病的住院患者设为观察组,对观察组患者的神经功能缺损程度进行评分,将观察组患者再分为轻、中、重3型,另设正常对照组74例。分别测定其血清脂蛋白a(LPa)、D-二聚体(D-D)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)及纤维蛋白酶原(FG)的变化水平。结果:急性缺血性脑卒中患者血清中Lp(a)、D-D、CRP及FG水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,急性缺血性脑卒中患者血清LP(a)、D-D、CRP、FG水平随病情严重程度逐渐升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血清中Lp(a)、D-D、CRP、FG是提示急性缺血性脑卒中病情严重程度的重要指标,其浓度升高提示急性缺血性脑卒中患者严重程度越重。因此,Lp(a)、D-D、CRP、FG可为临床评价AIS严重程度提供重要的参考价值。

Level changes of Lp (a), D-D, CRP and FG of serum in acute ischemic stroke patients

Objective:To study level changes of Lp(a),D-D,CRP and FG of serum in acute ischemic stroke(AIS) patients.Methods:A total of 74 cases with the 1st onset admitted from July 2011 to May 2012 were selected as the observation group.They were divided into light,medium and heavy groups according to nerve function defect degree.Another 74 healthy cases were selected as normal control group.LPa,D-D,CRP and FG change level were determined.Results:In AIS patients,serum Lp(a),D-D,CRP and FG levels were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).And serum LP(a),D-D,CRP,FG levels were increased as increasing illness severity(P<0.05).Conclusion:The serum Lp(a),D-D,CRP,FG are important indicators of AIS,and can provide important reference for the clinical evaluation of the severity of AIS.
