2003-2011年南阳市艾滋病流行现状分析

目的分析南阳市艾滋病流行现状,为进一步制定防治策略提供科学依据。方法对2003-2011年南阳市艾滋病疫情监测到的数据进行回顾性分析。结果累积检出HIV感染者和AIDS病人6 899例,其中艾滋病人3 363例,死亡2 653例;HIV以血液和性传播为主,比例分别为64.72%、21.47%,但随着年份增加,血液传播报告人数和所占比例逐年下降,性传播报告病例数和构成比逐年增加;通过抗病毒治疗和抗机会感染,HIV感染者病死率呈下降趋势。结论进一步加强供血途径管理的同时,应加强性行为的干预,遏制HIV经性传播。抗病毒治疗有效降低了患者病死率,应继续积极开展艾滋病的治疗工作。

Analysis on Current Situation of HIV/AIDS Epidemic in Nanyang City2003-2011

Objective To analyze the epidemic situation of HIV/AIDS in Nanyang City, provide reference for the further development of AIDS prevention and control strategy. Methods Data of the HIV infected and AIDS patient cases from 2009 - 2011 in Nanyang City were analyzed. Results There were 6899 HIV positives and 3363 AIDS patients and 2653died of AIDS in 2003-2011; The major HIV transmission routes were blood transmission（64.72%） and sexual transmission（21.47%）,But as the year increased, Blood transmission size and proportion decreased year by year, sexually transmitted cases number and proportion has increased year by year; by antiviral therapy and resistance to infection, infected with HIV fatality rate assumes the drop tendency. Conclusions To further strengthen the supply routes of administration at the same time, we should strengthen the behavior intervention, contain HIV through sexual transmission. Antiviral therapy reduces mortality of patients, should continue to actively carry out AIDS treatment.
