原发性高血压患者脉搏波速度及大小动脉弹性功能变化观察

目的:分析研究原发性高血压患者脉搏波速度及大小动脉弹性功能的变化情况。方法:选取2011年11月～2012年9月于本院进行治疗的62例原发性高血压患者为观察组,同期进行健康体检的62名健康人员则设为对照组,然后将两组人员的脉搏波传导速度及大小动脉弹性水平进行检测及比较。结果:观察组的脉搏波传导速度均大于对照组,而大小动脉弹性则均小于对照组,且观察组中3级高血压患者的脉搏波传导速度均大于1级及2级患者,而大小动脉弹性则均小于1级及2级患者,P均<0.05,均有显著性差异。结论:原发性高血压患者脉搏波传导速度高于健康人群,而大小动脉弹状态则差于健康人群,且不同血压分级患者之间也存在差异。

Observation in changes of pulse wave velocity and large,small artery elasticity of patients with essential hypertension

Objective: To analyze the changes in pulse wave velocity and large,small artery elasticity of patients with essential hypertension.Methods:A total of 62 patients with essential hypertension treated in our hospital from November 2011 to September 2012 were selected as observation group,and 62 healthy volunteers were selected as control group,then the pulse wave velocity and large,small artery elasticity of two groups were determined and compared.Results:The pulse wave velocity of the observation group were bigger than those of control group,but the large and small artery elasticity were poorer.Besides,pulse wave velocity of grade 3 hypotension patients were larger than that of grade 1 or 2,but artery elasticity were poorer(P all<0.05).Conclusion:The pulse wave velocity of patients with essential hypertension are biggetr than those of healthy personnel,but large and small artery elasticity are poorer,these difference also presents in patients with different grade of hypertension.
