茵栀黄颗粒联合思密达治疗新生儿高胆红素血症疗效观察

目的:观察茵栀黄颗粒联合思密达治疗新生儿高胆红素血症疗效。方法:对本院160例新生儿高胆红素血症患者(实验组,常规治疗基础上加用茵栀黄颗粒联合思密达80例;对照组,常规方法治疗80例)治疗的的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:治疗后实验组的胆红素水平显著地小于对照组,疗效明显地好于对照组。结论:茵栀黄颗粒联合思密达治疗新生儿高胆红素血症疗效确切,无明显毒副作用,经济方便,是新生儿高胆红素血症的理想方案,值得临床推广应用。

Curative effect of Yin Zhi Huang particles combined with smecta on hyperbilirubinemia of newborn

Objective: To observe the curative effect of the Yin Zhi Huang particles combined with smecta on hyperbilirubinemia of newborn.Methods: Clinical data of 160 newborns with hyperbilirubinemia in our hospital from June 2010 to August 2012 were analyzed retrospectively.The patients in observation group had Yin Zhi Huang particles combined with smecta based on the general routine treatment(n=80);while patients in control group had general conventional treatment(n=80).Results: Bilirubin level in the observation group was significant lower than that in control group after treatment.Furthermore,the curative effect in experiment group was significantly better than that in control group.Conclusions: The curative effect of the Yin Zhi Huang particles combined with smecta on hyperbilirubinemia of newborn is significant,economic and convenient,without obvious side effects.It is a good treatment for hyperbilirubinemia of newborn and worthy to be popularized.
