阿托伐他汀对冠心病患者心室重塑及冠脉血流的影响

目的:研究阿托伐他汀对冠心病患者心室重塑及冠脉血流的影响。方法:选取2011年5月～2012年4月于本院进行治疗的90例冠心病患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(辛伐他汀组)和观察组(阿托伐他汀组),每组各45例,然后将两组患者治疗前及治疗后3、6个月的心室重塑指标和冠脉血流相关指标进行统计及比较。结果:观察组治疗后3、6个月的心室重塑指标和冠脉血流相关指标均明显优于对照组,且观察组治疗后6个月上述指标均优于治疗后3个月,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:阿托伐他汀可显著改善冠心病患者心室重塑及冠脉血流,对于疾病的治疗发挥着积极的临床作用。

Influence of atorvastatin on ventricular remodeling and coronary blood flow of patients with coronary heart disease

Objective:To study the influence of atorvastatin on ventricular remodeling and coronary blood flow of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:90 patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital from May 2011 to April 2012 were selected as research object,and they were randomly divided into control group(simvastatin group)and observation group(atorvastatin group)with 45 cases in each group,then the ventricular remodeling indexes and coronary blood flow related indexes of two groups before and after the treatment at third and sixth month were analyzed and compared.Results:The ventricular remodeling indexes and coronary blood flow related indexes of observation group after the treatment at third and sixth month were all significantly better than those of control group,and those indexes of observation group after the treatment at sixth month were all significantly better than those after the treatment at third month(all P<0.05).Conclusions:Atorvastatin can significantly improve the status of ventricular remodeling and coronary blood flow of patients with coronary heart disease,and it plays an active role in the treatment of disease.
