甲氨蝶呤联合来氟米特对类风湿关节炎患者的ACCP、RF及CRP水平的影响

目的:探讨甲氨蝶呤联合来氟米特对类风湿关节炎(RA)患者的抗环瓜氨酸肽抗体(ACCP)、C反应蛋白(CRP)和类风湿因子(RF)水平的影响。方法:将79例类风湿关节炎患者随机分为2组,治疗组(40例)采用甲氨蝶呤联合来氟米特进行治疗,对照组(39例)采用甲氨蝶呤联合羟氯喹进行治疗。观察疗效和治疗前及治疗后1、2、3、4月的ACCP、CRP和RF的变化。结果:从治疗2月后开始,两组之间的总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在治疗前和治疗1月时,两组之间的ACCP、RF及CRP比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而治疗2、3、4月时,两组之间的ACCP、CRP和RF比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:甲氨蝶呤与来氟米特联合用药能有效地治疗类风湿关节炎,对RA患者的ACCP、CRP和RF水平降低程度显著,有效控制病情,为临床治疗RA提供依据。

Influence of Methotrexate combined with Leflunomide on ACCP, RF and CRP levels in rheumatoid arthritis patients

Objective: To observe influence of Methotrexate combined with Leflunomide on ACCP,RF and CRP levels in rheumatoid arthritis patients.Methods:A total of 79 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group(40) was treated with Methotrexate and Leflunomide,while the control group(39) was given Methotrexate and Hydroxychloroquine.The therapeutic effects and ACCP,RF and CRP levels before and 1,2,3,4 months after treatment were observed and compared.Results:Two months after treatment,the total effective rate was significant different between the two groups(P<0.05).Before treatment and 1 month after treatment no significant difference in ACCP,CRP and RF levels were observed(P>0.05),but 2 months,3 months,and 4 months after treatment,significant difference in ACCP,CRP and RF were found(P<0.05).Conclusion:Methotrexate combining with Leflunomide can effectively treat rheumatoid arthritis since it can significantly decrease ACCP,CRP and RF levels,control symptoms.
