妇科腹腔镜手术患者应用舒芬太尼复合异丙酚麻醉的临床效果观察

目的:探讨舒芬太尼复合异丙酚麻醉应用于妇科腹腔镜手术的临床疗效。方法:选取我院进行妇科腹腔镜手术的患者80例,随机分为两组,对照组和观察组各40例,两组患者均给予腹腔镜手术进行治疗。对照组患者采用芬太尼复合异丙酚方式进行麻醉,观察组采取舒芬太尼复合异丙酚方式进行麻醉,比较两组麻醉的临床效果。结果:对照组患者插管前(T1)的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、心率(HR)值较麻醉诱导前(T0)均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组拔管时(T5)与插管前(T1)比较,各指标的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者在各时期的指标变化均不明显,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患者的意识消失时间及异丙酚诱导剂量与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患者麻醉时间、自主呼吸恢复时间、拔管时间和定向力恢复时间均明显短于芬太尼,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒芬太尼复合异丙酚更加适合妇科腹腔镜手术患者使用,值得临床推广。

Effect of sufentanil combined with propofol anesthesiaon gynecological laparoscopic operation

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of sufentanil combined with propofol anesthesia in gynecological laparoscopic operation.Methods: A total of 80 patients with gynecological laparoscopic operation were selected in our hospital.They were randomly divided into two groups,control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The payients in the control group was treated with fentanyl combined with propofol,while sufentanil combined with propofol was used in the observation group,the clinical effect of this two anesthesia methods was compared.Results:SBP,DBP and HR at T1 in the control group were significantly lower than that at T0(P<0.05);while the above indexes showed significant difference(P<0.05) between T5 and T1.The unconsciousness time and the induction dose of propofol showed no significant difference between control group the observation group(P>0.05),whereas the anesthesia time,independent respiratory recovery time,extubation time and orienta-tion recovery time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was also significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions: Sufentanil combined with propofol is the better choice for gynecological laparoscopic operation,it is worthy clinical application.
