骨折延迟愈合患者血流变及血清sICAM-1、sVCAM-1、IGF-1、ALP水平检测意义研究

摘    要:目的:探讨骨折延迟愈合患者血流变及血清sICAM-1、sVCAM-1、IGF-1、ALP水平检测意义。方法:选取2010年6月~2012年9月于本院进行治疗的78例骨折患者为研究对象,将其中骨折正常愈合的39例患者设为对照组,而39例骨折延迟愈合患者为观察组,将两组患者骨折后1、4、8及12周的血流变指标及血清sICAM-1、sVCAM-1、IGF-1、ALP水平进行统计及比较。结果:骨折后1周两组患者的血流变及血清sICAM-1、sVCAM-1、IGF-1、ALP水平比较,P均>0.05,而骨折后4、8及12周观察组血流变中的血液黏度指标、红细胞相关指标及血清sICAM-1、sVCAM-1水平均高于对照组,而血清IGF-1及ALP水平则低于对照组,P均<0.05,均有显著性差异。结论:骨折延迟愈合患者其血流变及血清sICAM-1、sVCAM-1水平呈现较高的趋势,而血清IGF-1及ALP水平则较低,其对骨折延迟愈合有较佳的反应作用。

Study on significance of hemorheology and serum sICAM-1, sVCAM-1, IGF-1, ALP levels in patients with delayed fracture healing
Abstract:Objective: To study the significance of hemorheology and serum sICAM-1,sVCAM-1,IGF-1,ALP levels in patients with delayed fracture healing.Methods:A total of 78 patients with fracture treated in our hospital from June 2010 to September 2012 were selected in this study,of which 39 that had normal fracture healing were assigned as control group,other 39 cases that showed delayed fracture healing as observation group.The hemorheology and serum sICAM-1,sVCAM-1,IGF-1,ALP levels of two group 1,4 and 8 weeks after the fracture were observed and compared.Results:One week after the fracture,the hemorheology and serum sICAM-1,sVCAM-1,IGF-1,ALP levels of two groups were not significantly different from each other(P>0.05),but 4 and 8 weeks after the fracture,blood viscosity indexes and erythrocyte related indexes of hemorheology and serum sICAM-1,sVCAM-1 of observation group were all higher than those of control group,while serum IGF-1 and ALP were lower than those of control group(P all<0.05).Conclusion:The hemorheology and serum sICAM-1,sVCAM-1 of patients with delayed fracture healing show an increasing trend,while the serum IGF-1 and ALP are lower,which may contributes to the delayed fracture healing.
