摘    要:目的:探讨开同配伍低蛋白饮食对长期腹膜透析患者营养状况的影响。方法:选取在本院长期进行腹膜透析的患者40例,按照随机对照原则分为观察组和对照组,每组各20例患者,观察组患者给予开同配伍低蛋白饮食,对照组只给予低蛋白饮食,令选取同期健康体检者30例作为正常组对照组,6个月后对各组营养状况进行比较。结果:⑴对长期腹膜透析患者营养状况进行分析发现,与正常对照组相比,其各项生化指标、体重指数、肱三头肌处皮褶厚度明显减少,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);⑵治疗6个月后,观察组患者各项生化指标(血清白蛋白、前白蛋白、转铁蛋白、血红蛋白)与对照组相比明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:长期腹膜透析患者存在蛋白质营养不良,开同配伍低蛋白饮食可提高患者的血清白蛋白、转铁蛋白、血红蛋白的浓度,有效地改善长期腹膜透析患者的营养状态。

Effect of Kaitong with low-protein diet onnutritional status of long-term peritoneal patients
Abstract:Objective: To explore the effect of Kaitong with low-protein diet ion nutritional status of long-term peritoneal patients.Methods: Forty patients with long-term peritoneal dialysis in our hospital were chosen,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Patients of observation group were treated with Kaitong with low protein diet,the control were given only low protein diet.They were followed up for 6 months to compare the nutritional status between two groups.Results: Compared with the normal control group,the biochemical indicators,body mass index,triceps skinfold thickness of patients with long-term peritoneal dialysis analysis were significantly reduced(P<0.05);after 6 months of treatment,the biochemical parameters(serum albumin,prealbumin,transferrin,hemoglobin) of the observation group were significantly higher compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions: Kaitong with low-protein diet can improve serum albumin,transferrin,hemoglobin concentration of long-term peritoneal dialysis patients with protein malnutrition,and effectively improve their nutritional status.
