慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜术前脱敏治疗的应用价值研究

目的:探讨鼻内镜术前脱敏治疗的应用价值。方法:选取2010年4月～2011年7月于本院进行鼻内镜手术的30例慢性鼻窦炎患者为对照组,同期进行于鼻内镜手术术前进行脱敏治疗的30例患者为观察组,将两组患者治疗后8周及12周的总有效率及治疗前、治疗后4周、8周、12周、6个月、12个月的血清及鼻分泌物中的特异性IgG4、ECP、总IgE及EGF水平进行统计及比较。结果:观察组治疗后8周及12周的总有效率均高于对照组,治疗后4周、8周、12周、6个月、12个月血清及鼻分泌物中的特异性IgG4均高于对照组,而血清及鼻分泌物中的ECP、总IgE及EGF水平均低于对照组,P均<0.05,均有显著性差异。结论:鼻内镜术前脱敏治疗的应用价值较高,其可有效改善疾病的相关血清及鼻分泌物指标。

Application value of desensitization treatment before nasal endoscopic operation

Objective:To study the application value of desensitization treatment before nasal endoscopic operation.Methods:Thirty patients with chronic nasosinusitis who underwent nasal endoscopic operation in our hospital from April 2010 to July 2011 were selected as control group,and 30 patients who underwent desensitization treatment before nasal endoscopic operation during the same period were selected as observation group,then the total effective rate 8 and 12 weeks after the treatment and serum and nasal secretions specific IgG4,ECP,total IgE and EGF levels before and 4,8,12 weeks and 6 and 12 months after the treatment were analyzed and compared.Results:The total effective rate of observation group 8 and 12 weeks after the treatment were higher than that of control group,serum and nasal secretions specific IgG4 level 4,8 and 12 weeks and 6 and 12 months after the treatment were higher than that of control group,while the serum and nasal secretions ECP,total IgE and EGF levels were lower than that of control group(P all <0.05).Conclusion:The application value of desensitization treatment before nasal endoscopic operation is higher,and it can effectively improve the serum and nasal secretions related indexes of in patients with the disease.
