阿托伐他汀对急性冠脉综合征患者PCI术后心肌保护作用的研究

目的:探讨阿托伐他汀对急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者冠脉介入治疗(PCI)后的心肌保护作用。方法:选取我院ACS择期PCI术患者156例,随机分为治疗组与对照组,两组患者入院后均经常规治疗。治疗组采用大剂量阿托伐他汀钙强化治疗,对照组采用阿托伐他汀钙标准剂量治疗。观察两组患者术前、术后3h、术后7d肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)水平变化情况。结果:两组患者术后3hCK-MB、cTnI水平较术前升高(P<0.05),治疗组术后CK-MB、cTnI水平低于对照组(P<0.05),CKMB、cTnI两组患者术后7d比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);术后7d两组患者TC、TG、LDL水平均较术前降低(P<0.05),治疗组TC、TG、LDL水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PCI术前早期给予强化阿托伐他汀钙治疗,能有效降低PCI术后CK-MB、cTnI水平,对患者预后改善起积极作用。

Cardioprotective effects of atorvastatin calcium in acute coronary syndrome patients underwent percutaneous coronary intervention

Objective:To discuss cardioprotective effects of atorvastatin calcium in acute coronary syndrome(ACS) patients underwent percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:A total of 156 ACS patients admitted into our hospital for selective PCI were enrolled and divided into treatment group and control group randomly.Besides routine treatment,treatment group adopted intensified treatment with large dose atorvastatin calcium,while control group was given atorvastatin calcium of standard dose.CK-MB,cTnI,TC,TG and LDL levels before surgery,3h and 7d after surgery were observed for comparison.Results:3h after treatment,CK-MB and cTnI levels in both groups elevated(P<0.05).Treatment group had lower level of CK-MB and cTnI than control group after surgery(P<0.05).7d after surgery,no statistical differences were observed between two groups in CK-MB or cTnI levels(P<0.05),while TC,TG and LDL levels among patients were lower than that before surgery(P<0.05).TC,TG and LDL levels in treatment group were lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intensified atorvastatin calcium treatment before surgery can lower CK-MB and cTnI levels after PCI effectively,exerting a positive effect for prognosis.
