逆行性镫骨足板开窗术治疗耳硬化症的临床效果分析

目的 探讨逆行性镫骨足板开窗术治疗耳硬化症的临床效果.方法 选取2009年1月至2012年3月我院收治的耳硬化症患者共103例（120耳）,随机分为实验组和对照组,其中实验组采用逆行性镫骨足板开窗术,对照组采用常规镫骨足板开窗术.结果 术后1周两组的气导阈值均明显低于手术前（P＜0.05）；术后3个月两组患者的气骨导差≤20 dB、＞20 dB情况比较,差异不存在统计学意义（P＞0.05）；实验组与对照组的不良反应发生率差异存在统计学意义（5.00％ VS 35.00％,P＜0.05）.结论 逆行性镫骨足板开窗术可以有效地提高耳硬化症病人的听力,且降低手术不良反应的发生.

The clinical efficacy of retrograde stapes footplate fenestration for otosclerosis

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of retrograde stapes footplate fenestration for otosclerosis.Methods 103 patients （120 ears） with otosclerosis who had been treated during the period of January 2009 to March 2012 were randomly divided into a study group and a control group.The study group received retrograde stapes footplate fenestration,while the control group received routine stapes footplate fenestration.Results One week after surgical treament,the threshold of air conduction was obviously lower than the baseline （P〈0.05）.3months after surgery,air-bone gap of ≤ 20 dB or 〉20 dB did not differ significantly between the two groups （P〉0.05）.There was significant difference between the study group and the control group in the incidence rate of adverse reactions （5.00% vs.35.00%,P〈0.05）.Conclusions Retrograde stapes footplate fenestration can effectively improve the hearing in patients and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions associated with surgery.
